Getting started is easy. If a public tryout is available, reserve your spot online. If not, simply submit your registration and our coaching staff will contact you to schedule a private workout.

How do I complete the tryout registration form?

To get started, complete the baseball tryout registration form with your player's information. If public tryout dates are available, you'll also be able to select a date from our calendar. If no public dates are currently scheduled, simply submit your registration and our coaching staff will contact you to arrange a private workout.

Can my player request a private tryout?

Yes. If your player cannot attend a scheduled tryout, you can contact us to ask about a private tryout. We will review availability and let you know if a separate evaluation can be held at one of our locations.

How many players make each team?

The answer depends on the age group and the number of players attending tryouts. We carefully evaluate how many players fit each team before finalizing rosters. Every player is considered based on their skills, effort, and overall experience.

When are tryouts held?

Our tryout dates are announced throughout the year. Depending on the season, tryouts may be held in February, April, or July, August. We recommend checking our website every week for updates so you don't miss an important event.

Who can participate in your youth baseball program?

Our youth baseball program welcomes dedicated players from different age groups. Eligibility is based on your player's birth year and division requirements. If you're unsure whether your child can participate, please contact us, and we'll be happy to help.

Where do your teams play?

Our teams compete at different ballpark locations throughout the season. Some games and tournaments are planned close to home, while others may be in nearby cities such as Cincinnati, OH, or other areas across the country, depending on the schedule.

What happens after the tryout evaluation?

After every evaluation, coaches report their feedback and review all participants. Selected players may earn a place on one of our teams, and completed rosters are shared once the selection process is finished. We appreciate every family's interest, even if there isn't an immediate possibility of placement.

Are there opportunities to join during the year?

Yes. New opportunities may become available if a roster spot opens or a new team is planned. This can happen during the summer, after the fourth tournament weekend, or at other times during the season. If your player is older, wants to play, or missed the original tryout, reach out to us. We'll check available options, add you to our list, and let you know when registration will start and end for the next opportunity.
